



Here's a tip to get kids to eat veggies- even canned spinach, (bleh). At dinnertime from the time they're really young, instead of saying, "If you eat all your spaghetti, you can have some ice cream" (or whatever), you say... "If you eat all your spaghetti, you can have some... spinach!!" :D Works every time! A little reverse psychology there, he he. Hey, at least my degree was good for something!
