An Unforgettable Date

Ok girls... here's an idea for a fun and very memorable date. One evening tell your hubby you'd like to take him out for a fun challenge... (that will pique his interest ;)) Suprise him by taking him to the goodwill or another thrift store nearby and then present the challenge: You both have 20 minutes and $20 or less to spend to select a hideous outfit for each other. Purchase the outfits and then go out at a fancy restaurant without disclosing that you don't normally dress that way. Take tons of pictures and laugh about it for years! :)

Outfits... less than $40
Dinner... $35
Look on server's face... priceless!

That really is a funny idea. Although I'm not sure I don't care what people think. You have to be SUPER secure in yourself. Definitely some good memories though. We miss you guys. Gary hasn't mey any other jokesters here yet so something is still missing.

that's hilarious! I think I would too shy and insecure about going to a restaurant like that though...but it sure would be funny. Maybe I could do it around Halloween. :)

To answer your questions I met Austin Peck from a Soap Opera once when I was at the Detroit Auto Rama. And My picture was in the paper when we announced our engagement. Nothing too exciting about that...but at least i can say i did that.

That CRACKS me up!!! I love it!!! I'll definately have to do that for a date someday...hopefully - I'll have to consult (beg) with my better half. :-)

That is hilarious. I wonder if I could ever talk Bruce into doing that?

OH MY GOSH!! You guys are so Brave and FUNNY! HA ha ha ha ha! That would be a great challenge for us to get out of our "boring" shell. :) Or better yet, instead of us doing it and remembering it for years, my hubby and I will read your post and laugh at it for years! We're not laughing at you, we're laughing with you. You are so fun! Thanks for making me smile today!
